Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on undamaged goods within 30 days of delivery confirmation of the order. Return shipping must be paid at the buyer's expense, but a refund of the order total including initial shipping will be returned upon receipt of the undamaged goods.
Damaged Shipments:
If a package is damaged, please refuse the delivery. Damaged shipments must be identified upon receipt. If the package was already delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. Upon notification we will reach out to the carrier to open a case regarding the damaged goods. We will send you a return label and follow up with the carrier.
Refunds
The full original payment will be returned upon receipt of undamaged goods. If the product(s) were sealed, goods must be returned sealed. Upon approval of your return, we will refund the full original payment made out to us. Return shipping or any insurance or tracking for your return will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@minifiguresplus.com and we will arrange the replacement.
